BIG WARNING – Use Your Credit Card ONLY to Buy Biz Card Displays
Ok… I’ve had enough!!!
I normally wouldn’t write something like this, but when I see people finally take the plunge to start a business only to get ripped off, then action is required on behalf on the general public. Lack of integrity will always catch up with you.
PLEASE do not pay for business card displays with anything other than a credit card. I’ve now had multiple complaints sent to me about a business card display manufacturer taking money and not delivering the goods or returning the funds. One complaint came in today from a lady who purchased in October last year and still hasn’t seen or heard a thing.
This is sickening to say the least.
Do not pay by direct debit or bank transfer, because you can’t get your money back if the displays don’t arrive. If you pay by credit card and you DON’T get the goods, then your credit card company will take up the matter with the supplier direct. It’s then up to the supplier to prove to the credit card company that the goods were delivered. You generally get your money back quick from the credit card companies in this case.
One reason i’ve managed to stay in this business for years is because when people have purchased displays me, I send them a courier tracking number within 48 hrs so they can see the displays are on the way.
Here’s another suggestion in addition to paying by credit card only…
When you order your displays, ask the seller to put in writing that they GUARANTEE to send you the courier tracking number for the package within 24-48hrs. Also ask them to write that they’ll issue you a full refund upon request if it’s not provided within that time frame.
