The coffee news advertising spaces seem to be a fair price for advertising… but i’m not sure of the results the advertisers achieve. Has anyone ever tested advertising in Coffee News?

I own 2 Coffee News Franchises, I aquired them recently as part of a business deal, my main purpose of my coffee news (as well as making money from advertising) is that it is very established here and the business receives LOTS of calls from small businesses wanting to advertise. What I have done is package up a “combo” deal for my business card displays and the coffee news adverts. I offer a 13,26 or 52 week options to go in either Coffee News or my Business Card displays. So far most people are choosing both. So I find it an excellent lead generator for my displays and make a double sale all in one go and the business perceives it as getting a good deal by getting both at a slightly discounted price. I recently sold a plumber into 10 displays and 2 coffee news editions on a 52 week contract - can’t beat that !
A good point to note is my displays are a lot more profitable and less time consuming than preparing, printing, publishing and distributing the coffee News to 150 + cafes etc but the leads are excellent.
I have tried advertising my displays in the coffee news but with limited success to date, only a couple of calls and neither turned into a sale of either Coffee News or Business Card displays, but its early days yet for that.
