No doubt you’re aware that ‘sales’ is an extremely profitable industry to be in if you can get it right? You’ve probably also heard that it has no ceiling as to how much money you can make, but it also has no floor?
It’s a shame that a lot of people ‘give it a go’ and fall on their face to soon, because if they had just persisted that little bit further, or if they actually had a lead generation system that would allow them to do enough numbers to make sales, then they may have ended up being very successful and never needed to go back to their job with their tail between their legs. Usually it’s the lack of research in the very beginning before even thinking about walking out their front door to start selling that brings them unstuck.
My research suggests there seems to be a lot of people that fail when it comes to selling advertising also, and it’s usually not the product at fault, it’s them. If one person can make the product work, then it works… so why can’t others?
