Joint Venture With Other Outdoor Advertising Businesses!

This is a very simple idea to get customers, and if your execute it, you’ll get some great leverage.
I was just surfing the net and typed in ‘outdoor advertising’, to see what would come up…and there was so many varities of outdoor advertising companies with all types of unique ideas. For example, I saw one idea that I hadn’t heard of before…it was advertising on the side of a truck, but with a BIG TWIST! They had it rigged up so if you drove your car within 300 feet of the truck, your radio would play an advertising message being transmitted from the truck…that was in turn tied to the visual advertising message being displayed on the truck….pretty clever way to advertise!
Anyways….
My message here is that these outdoor advertising companies are a business opportunity for you! They have clients who already spend $$$ with them, so why not JV with them to see if you can strike a deal!
Seriously, the best places to find people who’ll pay for advertising is in places that they’re already paying for advertising! Imagine if you were looking for someone to buy your car in the local school…probably wouldn’t get much interest right? But if you placed your car in a car yard where people are looking to buy, then your chances of making a sale are much higher. Selling advertising is no different, just think of places that people are already buying advertising from, and try to do a deal with them!
Most people really like the business card display advertising concept, because there isn’t really any other way for a business to hand out their business cards 24/7 without being there…so you’ll always get interest…but you just need to execute and close the deal.
Joint ventures can be very profitable…and if I were you, I would take the conversation with the potential JV partner down the path of ‘not only can people see the message, but they can take a card aswell!
Here is a classic example of someone who already operates business card displays who’s doing it already and it’s working a treat.
