THIS IS A RESPONSE TO A POST IN ‘HOW TO LOCATE DISPLAYS’…I FELT IT IS IMPORTANT.
That sounds great Jon…and you method mentioned above certianly keeps working!
I can picture you dispensing a card out of the unit infront of them, then handing it right to them. I think this is powerful, because if you take a card out, then hand it directly to them right away, it gives them the FEELING of what it would be like for others taking their card!
This is important info to note down for next time you go and see a potential advertiser. THE MORE HUMAN CONTACT AND INTERACTION, THE HIGHER CHANCES YOU WILL MAKE THE SALE!
Get the location owner involved, unless you are 100% aware if the are visual, auditory or kinesthetic. I’ll explain what this means in my next post for those of you don’t understand what I mean.
I’m going to post this same message in a couple of other catagories, because it’s an important part of the sales process.

As you will see in the manual, there is a range of ’slogans’ you can put at the top of the display. One question I get asked alot is…”Do I have to print all the cards with special offers?”. Well my answer to that is…. if you customize the top section of the display in a certain way, then “no” you don’t. Please refer to the manual for ideas on what to do with this ‘area’ of the business.
Go on, get blogging and let’s turn this into ‘Ideas Central’ for all display operators.
