Sample Advertiser Agreements for Business Card Display Advertising
Recently I’ve had a few emails from different operators regarding what terms and conditions to put in their location and advertiser agreements. There are a couple of ways to go about this, and although getting it done legally is always going to be the best way, you can also look at what other advertising companies are writing on their agreements.
When I was thinking about ‘how to get ahold of their agreements’, I thought I would just see what I could find on the internet first….then my search was over, because it was all laid out infront of me. I’ll tell you how to find them in a moment.
When looking through this information, just make sure you keep your agreements as simple as possible…the bare minimum is best, otherwise you could lose potential advertisers if you ‘bamboozal’ them with legal jargan. Simple pick and choose some simple pointers, then the rest of the agreement will be completed with the private terms and conditions you agree to on the spot (Like 6-12 month deal, location compensation, guarantees etc).
Ok, so here’s the big secret to finding the agreements to ‘model’… go to google and type in ‘advertising agreements’. Yep, that’s it…I looked at the first three pages and saw quite a few, and i’m sure there is many more beyond that….in yahoo aswell.
Stay out there, and remember, every business owner wants to generate more customers, and your business card vending machines are excellent advertising value for them!

Please note that you should be suppied with specific agreements when you buy your business card displays.
All displays that I sell on this blog (min. 5) come with a complete marketing package which also includes advertiser and location agreements, scripts etc.
Has anyone added a particular clause to their agreements that my help others?
