I recently got on the internet to look for people that I thought could have a database on people who might be interested in business card displays.
I simply searched ‘business cards’ and other simular works that revolve around business cards. At the time, I only had 20 minutes to spare, so I emailed two people and one person responded.
From there, she sent an email out to her database endorsing my displays…and yep…you guessed it, we made sales!
This all happened very quick (days, not weeks), and anyone could do this. There are hundreds of businesses on the net that you could use as a JV partner. Just sit down and have a think about this….
WHO HAS BUSINESS OWNERS ON THEIR DATABASE?
Don’t be shy to approach people for a joint venture…EVERYONE wants to make more money, so a good JV is a perfect win win situation. Give it a go!

What about your accountant? Look out, once they do the numbers on your business card display dispensers, they might want to get involved by owning displays!
Accountants love doing numbers…but they generally do have clients on their database that you could benefit from.
There are many other types of businesses aswell…what comes into your mind when you think of ‘databases’ you could utilize? (apart from printers (post in printers section if you choose to go down the ‘printer’ path))

I just read an funny article, which gave me an idea on how you could generate leads.
Firstly, Did you ever think that running a little competition where people could ‘win a free sandwich’ by leaving their business card in a fish bowl could turn to custard and create controversy?
Now when reading this, use the creative side of your brain and think “how can I do something simular to generate leads?”. Have a think and come back to this once your done reading and let us know how you could use this concept.

I just met a guy that in the email marketing business. He told me that he can email my brochure and photos of my locations to thousands of potential advertisers in my area. I then made a deal with him to barter his services for mine. He’s thrilled and so am I. WOW, SUCH A DEAL!!!!!!!! I can’t wait till he starts on Monday.

Nice georgia6!
Now that’s a smart JV partner…well done. I just did a search for companies that have email databases of business owners…and of course many came up. So i’m sure if you search within your local area for a business that has a list of business owners, you could follow georgia6’s idea.
That’s another great tool for your ‘business card dispenser marketing toolbox’!
After speaking to you on the phone yesterday georgia6, I know you have been doing some other creative things aswell. Let us know on the blog soon!

Hi Everyone.
This new catagory is a very important one, because the outcome is for all of us is to do minimal work and get maximum exposure. Let me define the two key words for this section. In a nutshell:
Leverage - Being able to say the same message once and have multiple people hearing it . A great example is a seminar.
Joint Venture - Using the database or experience of someone else who is in a simualar feild to what you are wanting to promote. A perfect example would be a business card display owner doing a deal with a printer.
Let me start this off with an idea…(See printing business card sections under the sub category of teaming up with your printer)
